Job Description / Responsibilities |
- Customer support/3rd level:
Capture, edit
and
track
customer
support
requests and
coordinate them with
product management
- Product introduction:
Configure and install the
system
and
advise
clients
in the
implementation and optimization of the
system
- Product presentation: Conduct
product demonstrations, develop
workshops
and
trainings

Required Education & Experience |
- M.S. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Management,
Mathematics, Statistics, Medical Science or equivalent experience
- Knowlegde of drug development processes (clinical studies) and
their requirements
- Experience in software service and support
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Service-oriented, accurate way of working

- Communication skills and working experience in cooperative teams
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
