Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Customer support/3rd level: Capture, edit and track customer support requests and coordinate them with product management
  • Product introduction: Configure and install the system and advise clients in the implementation and optimization of the system
  • Product presentation: Conduct product demonstrations, develop workshops and trainings

Required Education & Experience

  • M.S. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Medical Science or equivalent experience
  • Knowlegde of drug development processes (clinical studies) and their requirements
  • Experience in software service and support
  • Good analytical and technical skills
  • Service-oriented, accurate way of working
  • Good organizational skills
  • Communication skills and working experience in cooperative teams
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Interest in process improvement
